What areas do you cover?
We cover all the Sydney metropolitan area and as far as Wollongong City.
How far in advance should I book the cars/bikes?
As soon as you have decided to get married you should start looking and book your chosen vehicles. Dates can be booked up to 18 months in advance and many couples book 12 months in advance. Particular months of the year can be extremely busy so it is wise to get in early.
What happens if the cars break down on the day?
We pride ourselves on having vehicles that are excellently maintained to avoid a breakdown occurring however as with any car the unexpected can occur. We have a backup plan if this did occur and have colleagues who will assist us if necessary. We will do everything we can to get you to the ceremony on time.
How long will I need the car/bikes for?
This would be dependent upon your requirements. Charges apply from the collection time. When we arrive at your door as arranged, to take the bridal party to the place of your ceremony and wait and move onto the reception it would be about two hours depending on distance.
Most couples will have photo shoots at various photo locations and then go on to the reception. So a standard wedding may be around 4 hours however some couples have the vehicles for five to six hours.
We can help you estimate the time. If you fill in the information on the contact page we can give you an estimate time frame.
What if we just want the bikes?
You can have whatever you require if the bikes aren’t already booked in advance.
What if it is raining on the day. Do the bikes still go?
We do reserve the right to make the judgement of that on the day. However most of the time you will not miss out unless it was torrential rain.
What if you get another booking?
We only take as many bookings that we know we can accommodate. Once you have paid your deposit and returned your booking confirmation sheet you can be assured that your booking is secure.
How many people can I fit into each car?
The 1957 Chevs will seat 5 small to medium size people plus the driver.
Can you double the groomsmen on the bikes?
We feel it is better to use the bikes as an escort in front of the wedding car rather than double. This creates a fabulous impression and certainly will get lots of looks and honking of horns when your on the road.
We do allow photos to be taken on the bikes so you have a momento of having the bikes on your day.
Are you available during the week?
We are available 7 days a week excluding Xmas Day.
Can you collect the groom and groomsmen?
Yes, I’m sure the boys would like to arrive in style as well and what better way to do this than in a 57 Chev V8. Sometimes depending on distance the groom and groomsmen can be picked up first and the car then returns to meet the other cars at the bride’s residence. We can arrange anything to suit you.
Do you supply vehicles for parents?
More and more couples are arranging for parents to be driven to the wedding in a wedding car. This can be arranged for you.

What are the inclusions?
We supply on each vehicle and bike traditional white satin ribbon. If you prefer another colour we are very happy to accommodate but will need advance notice.
Red carpet for the bride.
Tulle at the back of each vehicle.
Complimentary champagne, water and light refreshments at the photo shoot.
Umbrellas in each vehicle in the even of rain
Sewing Kit for those unexpected moments.
IMPORTANT: We are happy to accommodate your requests whenever possible but have the right to refuse if placing something on our vehicle may cause damage.
Are the vehicles available for inspection?
Of course you should inspect the vehicles before hiring any car. Inspection is by appointment only and can be arranged for most days of the week.
How do we pay you?
You pay $200 per vehicle as a deposit to secure the booking once you have made the decision. You may pay by credit card as we accept Visa and Mastercard.
Full payment will be required two weeks prior to your wedding or formal date. We accept Visa and Mastercard for final payment, direct debit or personal cheque.
